Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What size of properties DHI does manage?
A: Our specialty is midsize hotels with or without food and
beverage.
Q: Do you manage distressed properties?
A: Definitely, each distressed property has its own specific cause
for underperformance. Change in management style could solve or at
least improve the property in most cases. A feasibility study will
assist us in determining if and/or how a property can be improved.
DHI offers two types of feasibility studies, simple and detailed.
Q: What is Simple Feasibility Study?
Simple Feasibly Study is a short study of your Star Report, hotel
reports and market study without visiting the property. DHI will
offer the result of the study and what we can expect in general
based on information provided to DHI.
Q: What is Detailed Feasibility Study?
A: Once the simple feasibility study is completed and discussed with
the investors, a Detailed Feasibility Study will be arranged. There
will be at least one visit to the property, the DHI Researcher will
study the local market, property presentation, community
perception and staff interview among other sources.
DHI will present the result of the the Study and offer a series of actions that could be implemented. No management contract will be agreed upon without the Detailed Feasibility Study. DHI will accepts an assignment only if improvement of the property is reasonably expectable and supported by the investors.
Q: What is the focus of DHI Management?
A: Community. DHI believes that each property is an important part
of their own community. Hotels impact their neighborhood in one way
or another. It is our experience that hotels with positive image and
community involvement perform better. DHI manages four major
national activities with the community service on mind:
- Better Hotel Bureau
- Drug Free Hotels
- Community Hotels
- Hotel Directory for Churches
Please visit "subsidiaries" page to learn more about our community involvements.
Q: Does DHI accept partial management?
A: Yes. Daryon Hotels International offers flexible management
contracts, it ranges from simple payroll process and assigned GM to
full independent management. We also offer short term
"training" contract designed to train new owners on day to day
operations. In some cases we can offer you Limited Delegated
Management while the owner is unavailable to manage the
property for few months only.
Q: What are the subsidiaries and are their
services included in any management contract.
A: Please visit the "Subsidiaries" page for detailed information on
each entity. The services are optional and discounted for the
managed properties. Eligibility criteria applies. As example a
property can be listed as "drug free hotel" only when meets the
criteria and is actually drug free as outlined by DFH.

GIA facilitates the international investment in the US and or
overseas. The current exchange rate for USD verses many
